my kids thought my FIL was crazy when he made them the pa'epa'e version of the kopai. they didn't wanna eat it. but after tasting it, they were hooked. i love the different variation of the kopai. i grew up on it and sadly i've never made it. but thanks to u, i can try making it myself. thank you!!
