Hi, not entirely sure what a Samoan donut is. Maybe you mean panikeke?...If so, please check my recipes list...I think I did that in November 2010...If that's not what you're looking for, please describe the Samoan donut you know and I'll see if I know what it is. Thx for visiting my blog!
