  4. hi!i've been tracking down my uncle for his puligi recipe, he's a busy man!:) anyway, after reading your recipe, i'd have to say that his puligi is more of a modern recipe than traditional. he doesn't use any spices in his. but i can still try and get the recipe from him if you'd like to compare. the only problem is, he doesn't measure anything! typical, i know:) but i'll try my best to get him to do it. thanks again for your yummy recipes!

  5. Hi, sounds interesting...maybe it's like a sponge steamed pudding? There are all kinds out there, but my recipe most closely resembles what I grew up with...Please try it if you get the chance...all the best!

  8. It's simply custard powder, milk and sugar. Mix together and heat until thickened. Good luck!
